Community Events
In addition to the extensive range of excellent hospitality available for hire, the BR Saunders Transport Community Stadium is pleased to provide facilities for community events and activities on an at-cost basis to not for profit groups in the Rushmoor area.
The charge for each community event will represent outstanding value as room hire will be free and our caterers will provide all catering at cost. Standard pricing will apply to the bar, equipment rentals and staff.
This special arrangement will only be available to local & regional not-for-profit organisations in the following sectors:
- Voluntary groups
- Social enterprise
- Charities for local causes
- Other third sector organisations
- Schools
- Non-governmental agencies
- Other not-for-profit groups.
Overall, these community events are intended to provide fantastic value for appropriate beneficiaries located within our local and wider community.
