Conditions of Sale


The prices quoted in the Online Store are correct at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to alter these prices up or down, when required by changes in VAT or other circumstances beyond our control. The correct price will be indicated on the delivery note. We reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, designs or prices or product and conditions of supply.

How and when will it be delivered?

Where possible our parcels are sent by Royal Mail. Some parcels may require a signature on delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days (subject to stock availability), but please allow up to 14 days delivery. Items that are made to order (Fleeces, Hoodies, Zipped Hoodies) will be dispatched within 14 days, and you should allow up to 28 days to be delivered. At present we do not offer postage outside of the UK.

It is our policy to dispatch items ordered in the shortest possible time, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages occurred whilst in transit. Although we will advise and help with sizes where we can, responsibility cannot be taken by the online store if the items are not suitable in size when ordered through the Online Store. Please see the following paragraph for our exchange/refund policy.

What if I want a refund?

If a refund is required then the items should be returned to us in their original packaging along with your receipt within 14 days of the delivery date. Complete and enclose the returns slip that can be found on the back of the delivery note (it is essential you complete the returns slip correctly, or we may not be able to provide a refund). Post the item by recorded delivery* to the following club address. Farnborough Online Store will not be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

*For your protection, the Farnborough Online Store recommends that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

What can’t be refunded?

Polo Shorts, Fleeces & Hoodies cannot be returned, as they are tailor made to your requirements (colour, size, badge type).

Any digital downloads once the download has started

Returns will only be accepted on these items if they are faulty or not as ordered. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations which came into force in June 2014.
