Farnborough Academy Manager Marc Wardley is set to depart after four years at the Club.

Marc has been Farnborough’s Academy Manager since 2015 and has overseen the development of many young players who have stepped up to the First Team squad.

Harry Knight, Josh Francis, Ryan Zidyana, Ethan Allen, Jordan Goater, Ethan Holland, Brett Cunningham and Elijah Anyan are just a few players who broke through and became regular fixtures in First Team match day squads in previous Seasons.

Marc has also maintained a strong relationship with Spencer Day which has allowed for selected Academy players to train with the First Team.

Everyone at Farnborough Football Club would like to pay tribute to Marc for all of his hard work and dedication over the past four years that has gone in to making our Academy a great success.

We wish Marc all the very best with his new venture.

A new Manager is now required to run the Academy’s full-time programme for players aged 16-19.
