Farnborough ended Weymouth’s unbeaten run with an exceptional comeback to beat the title favourites 4-3 at the Easy As HGV Stadium.

A much-improved second half performance saw Boro’ take all three points with two goals each from Luke Robertson and Connor Calcutt.

A delighted Farnborough Manager, Spencer Day reflected: “A magnificent performance. Thoroughly deserved, considering all the injuries and unavailability’s we have.

“We’ve had a great start to the Season. I think we should have more points than we’ve got but we’ve just beaten a side that I think anyone who finishes above them will win the League.

“I thought the lads were quite magnificent and thanks to the support that turned up today who saw us home.

Please make sure you turn up for the FA Cup match. If it is them, Lewes is a very difficult tie. You can see from their fixtures; they’ve had a fantastic start to the Season against some of the very best sides so we know we’re in for a really difficult tie.

“So please make sure you turn up next Saturday and we’ll try and put on another really good performance!”
