Speaking to Non League Pitchero after Tuesday’s win, Farnborough frontman, Pat Cox said: “It was a massive win after the disappointment of losing at home on Saturday.

“We needed a reaction and we got the job done. In terms of scoring my goals, was a great feeling especially the second one, I was quite chuffed with that.

“We are just going take one game at a time. Realistically it is Royston’s to lose but we will keep going and we want make sure we finish in second place so it means a home game in the playoffs which is important.

“It’s a great club with unbelievable support and I just want help anyway I can to get them moving in the right direction.”
