Straight on the back of a 6-1 away win at Arlesey Town which saw both Sam Argent and Jake Baxter grab a brace.

Hartley currently find themselves lying 2nd in the league table, level on points with table toppers Moneyfields with the Row having a game in hand. The 3rd highest league scorers, the 3rd least at shipping in the goals Hartley will be looking for an upset at The Rushmoor Community Stadium.

In their last visit, this Pre-Season in the O’Neills Invitation Cup, Farnborough triumphed hitting their Hampshire neighbours 5 goals to nil. The game saw 2 first team debutants with Reece Watmore and Josh Ayodele, both from the Farnborough Academy, getting 30 minutes at the back end of the second half.

We’re hoping to see many more academy players feature during Wednesday’s fixture.

Sam Argent – With 8 league goals already this season, Sam is leading the line in this strong Hartley side and is the leagues 3rd top goalscorer. He’s a key man for Boro to handle on Wednesday.
