Farnborough will be looking to build on a 3-0 victory last time out, as Spencer Day’s side travel to in-form Merstham in the Ryman League Premier Division, kick off 3pm.
A convincing 3-0 Home victory over Leiston last weekend saw Farnborough (22nd) reduce the gap between 20th place to 7 points.
New midfielder Charlie Allen, who signed following his departure from Margate, bagged a brace before George Hallahan spectacularly volleyed home from an Oyenuga cross.
Three points last Saturday helped move Spencer Day’s side up one place to in 22nd in the Ryman League Premier Division, with 27 points from 34 games.
Farnborough’s survival chances were handed a small boost in midweek, with both VCD Athletic (21st) and Brentwood Town (23rd) suffering defeats in the Ryman League Premier Division.
The two sides met just over a month ago in the Ryman League Premier Division, as Merstham ran out 0-3 winners at The Rushmoor Community Stadium.
Speaking after last weekends Home victory, Manager Spencer Day told GetHampshire: “When you win 3-0 at home against a team fighting for the play-offs, you are ecstatic. However it is not really a shock to us, attacking wise. It has been coming.
“We were comfortable, played a lot of great football, and you want a lot more days like today. We have been very competitive recently. We just have not had any luck.
“Now we have to try and get some momentum. It is not enough to have a good game followed by a bad one. It is difficult, though, when you are constantly losing players.”
Farnborough last time out (vs Leiston): Aaron Bufton (gk), John Oyenuga, Freddie Grant, Josh Gallagher, Perry Ryan, Jack Smith, Andrew Jenkinson (Capt), Charlie Allen, Matthew Barnes-Homer, Bogdan Vastsuk, George Hallahan, Jack Barton, Usman Adeniji, Dean Joseph-Whittingham and Ryan Zidyana.

Hosts, Merstham sit 12th in the Ryman League Premier Division with 48 points from 36 games
Merstham, who are one of the Ryman League Premier Divisions current form teams, occupy 12th place with 48 points from 36 games.
Hayden Bird’s side are currently on an 3 game unbeaten run, having recently beaten, East Thurrock United, VCD Athletic and Wingate & Finchley.
Last Saturday, Merstham came from behind to win 3-1 away to Wingate & Finchley, courtesy of a Charlie Penny hat-trick.
Merstham’s top scorer is former Dulwich Hamlet striker Charlie Penny, who currently has 18 goals to his name this Season.
Speaking to Surrey Mirror ahead of Saturdays game, Manager Hayden Bird said: “It’s a game we will be hoping to win but I think it is probably the most difficult game we have faced in recent weeks.
“With Farnborough’s off-the-field problems, they are desperate not to finish in the relegation places and look to have made a decision to strengthen their team.
“I think this is a game when we need to look at the team sheet to know what to expect rather than the league table.”
