Farnborough look to recover lost ground at the top of the Evo-Stik League Southern Division One Central with a trip to 9th placed Marlow on Tuesday evening.

Farnborough

Boro’ recovered from a recent blip in form with a vital 3-2 Home win at the weekend over a now-third placed Kempston Rovers.

Perry Coles’ third and fourth goals in a Farnborough shirt as well as a Dennis Oli strike helped The Yellows to an eighth League win of the Season.

Returning duo, Sam Pearce (on loan from Gosport Borough) and Charlie Allen were both named in the starting line-up on Saturday which saw Farnborough maintain their unbeaten Home record in the League.

Newly appointed Assistant Manager, Jon Reed expects another tricky test at Marlow on Tuesday evening: “Another difficult game. It’ll be tough. Any game are winnable and you can lose at any point so it’s going to be a tough game.

“As long as we set up correctly and we do the right jobs at the right time then hopefully we’ll bail through and we’ll get three points again.”

Farnborough last time out (vs Kempston Rovers): Aaron Bufton (gk), John Oyenuga, Ollie Treacher, CJ Fearn (Capt), Curtis Osano, Sam Pearce, Josh Huggins, Charlie Allen, Perry Coles, Dennis Oli, Nic Ciardini, Sam Shaban, Jack Barton, Jamal Batchilly, Lewis Hayden and Joel Driscoll (gk).
