This Saturday, Farnborough welcome 9th placed Grays Athletic to The Rushmoor Community Stadium in the Ryman League Premier Division, kick off 3pm.
A defeat for Boro’ last time out and a win for Brentwood Town in mid-week saw Farnborough drop to 22nd place in the Ryman League Premier Division.
The Yellows suffered a disappointing 0-3 Home defeat to the current Ryman League Premier Division League leaders on Monday evening, leaving Farnborough seven points adrift of safety.
Manager, Spencer Day bolstered his squad in mid-week by securing long-term signings of experience duo, Terrell Forbes and Dennis Oli from National League South side Hemel Hempstead Town.
Day also managed to extend the loan deal of current top scorer, Bogdan Vastsuk from Sky Bet Championship side Reading.
Speaking after Mondays Home defeat to East Thurrock United, Farnborough boss Spencer Day told GetHampshire: “It was a shame because we were in the game at the start of the second half but we’ve gifted it away with two very soft set-piece goals.
“But we weren’t disgraced, we were just beaten by the better team overall.”

Farnborough have ten games remaining to save their Season
Led by player-manager Mark Bentley, Grays Athletic occupy 9th in the Ryman League Premier Division with 57 points from 36 games.
The Gravelmen are currently on a six game unbeaten run, with their last League defeat a 1-2 loss away to Kingstonian at the start of 2016.
Last Saturday, Grays Athletic had to come from behind twice to rescue a point in an entertaining 3-3 draw at Home with Metropolitan Police.
On Friday evening, The Blues announced the signing of former Crawley Town midfielder Ryan Richefond; while former Farnborough winger Roman Michael-Percil was released.
Grays Athletic’s top scorer is striker, Bradley Fortnam-Tomlinson who currently has 18 goals to his name this Season.
Last time the two sides met was back in January, when Grays Athletic came from behind to win 3-1 in Farnborough’s first game of the year.
