Farnborough look to make it three consecutive wins in the Ryman League Premier Division with the visit of Enfield Town to The Rushmoor Community Stadium, kick off 3pm.
With the relegation battle heating up, Farnborough need to maintain the recent good form which saw them take six points from games against Grays Athletic and Metropolitan Police.
22nd placed Boro’ made it back-to-back wins last weekend with a hard-fought 2-1 victory away to Metropolitan Police, courtesy of goals from Dennis Oli and top-scorer, Bogdan Vastusk.
The Yellows are five points adrift of 20th placed Needham Market, who currently have 36 points on the board.
Speaking after last weekends Away win, Manager Spencer Day told GetHampshire: “I went from an ultimate high at 4.45pm on Saturday to an ultimate low 10 minutes later when I saw the other results.
“Our situation is far worse now than it was at 3pm on Saturday – and that’s after finally winning an away game.
“Contrary to others’ opinions, we don’t have any money and a massive gap to peg back.
“Plus, we now have injuries and suspensions and I need to sign at least two or three players this week just to replace the ones we’ve lost and put a team out on Saturday.
“It’s a conundrum, but we are assessing our position almost daily.”
Farnborough last time out (vs Metropolitan Police): Aaron Bufton (gk), John Oyenuga, Freddie Grant, CJ Fearn (Capt), Jack Smith, Terrell Forbes, Josh Gallagher, Charlie Allen, Dennis Oli, Bogdan Vastsuk, Trevor Mutero, Josh Francis, Ryan Zidyana, Harry Knight, Usman Adeniji and Melvin Minter (gk).
Goals from Dennis Oli and Bogdan Vastsuk helped Boro’ to victory last Saturday
Opponents, Enfield Town are 9th in the Ryman League Premier Division with 59 points from 37 games.
Bradley Quinton’s side have won 18, drawn 5 and lost 15 so far in the League and are just four points (goal difference aside) off the final play-off position.
Over two weeks ago, The Towners suffered a 1-3 defeat away to promotion hopefuls, Tonbridge Angels – with top scorer, Corey Whiteley bagging his 16th goal of the Season.
Goals from Claudiu Vilcu, Harry Ottaway, Bobby Devyne and Evans Kouassi saw Enfield Town run out 4-1 winners in the reverse fixture back in September, with both sides finishing the game with 10 men.
