It’s ‘Survival Saturday’ and in-form Farnborough host relegated Brentwood Town in their final Ryman League Premier Division fixture of the Season, kick off 3pm.

Farnborough Camp

Farnborough need three points on ‘Survival Saturday’ against Brentwood Town to guarantee not finishing in the bottom four of the Ryman League Premier Division.

Spencer Day’s side have won their previous three games, all by a single goal to give themselves an advantage heading into the final weekend of the Season.

On Tuesday evening, Boro’ completed the League double over Kingstonian with an impressive 3-2 win, courtesy of Charlie Allen’s injury-time winner, following earlier goals from John Oyenuga and Oliver Bailey.

Speaking after Tuesdays 3-2 Home victory, Manager Spencer Day told GetHampshire: “It’s another massive three points, but we’ve got another one to go.

“Brentwood, I understand, gave Bognor a really tough game tonight (Tuesday) and we’ve got to be better in the first half than we were tonight.

“For the first 30 minutes we were absolutely awful. We looked heavy legged and Kingstonian dominated. We had to make a tactical change before they scored a second and it changed the game.

“I though we largely controlled the game until Bennett, of all people, popped up, but then you see the character of us again, going straight up the other end and scoring the winner. We’ve just about edged it but at this stage of the season it’s about getting the points on the board.”

Day added: “The year 2016 has been a very good year so far for this team. We’ve added to the squad, not spent any silly money, and have a good core of players who want to play for us again next year.”

Farnborough last time out (Kingstonian): Melvin Minter (gk), John Oyenuga, Freddie Grant, CJ Fearn (Capt), Jack Smith, Terrell Forbes, Jack Barton, Jack Battie, Dennis Oli, Charlie Allen, Keith Emmerson, Oliver Bailey, Usman Adeniji, Matt Ball, Dean Joseph-Whittingham and Harry Knight.

Captain, CJ Fearn has managed to steer his Farnborough team out of the bottom 4
