On the Squad changes, Manager Spencer Day commented: “As you can see we have a very large squad here but that disguises the fact that it is full of very young group that we need to manage their development.
“Even with Bradley [Fraser] leaving and Yasin [Ben-Elmhanni] being released I have 21 players with two medium term injuries which is still too many.
Day added: “Youngsters have been with us for a few months now and it is time to get some of them out to gain vital match experience as part of their development.
“I have to be extremely careful as our position is delicate with injuries and loan recall clauses but we have a very strong squad base to build on throughout the season although keeping some form of experience is vital.”
