The Club can confirm it has been charged with two offences this afternoon.

The first charge will be defended but the Club will be pleading guilty to the charge regarding the altering of the CVA.

The Club has always known that this charge would be forthcoming should it alter the CVA. The Club will attend the meeting with the Ryman board.

The disappointment of these charges is that they were made only hours after paying a substantial bond.

It was also expected that the Club would be able to play this weekend or Tuesday as stated in the FA appeal.

The Club will make no further comment until after the hearing next Thursday (27 August) where it will make its case in mitigation and it is hoped the Club can then get back to playing football as soon as possible.

In the meantime away from the appeal the Club has arranged a Friendly against a Wealdstone XI away on Tuesday (25 August) night. Kick off at Grosvenor Vale will be at 7:45pm.
