Cowes Sports are the visitors to Paddy Power Park this Tuesday (tomorrow) in the Hampshire Senior Cup 2nd Round. KO 7:30pm.

Spencer Day’s squad will looking to go one further than last season’s quarter final as Farnborough kick off their Hampshire Senior Cup 2014 campaign.

Richie Woodburn’s Cowes Sports are the visitors to Paddy Power Park in the 2nd round of this seasons Hampshire Senior Cup.

Speaking after Saturday’s home defeat, Farnborough Manager Spencer Day told BBC Surrey, “We’ve got a County Cup match on Tuesday night now, where squad players will get the opportunity to put a marker down.

“These players will be given due notice, character is one thing, quality is another and we need to be better [than we were against Bromley]. We’ve been caught just short at both ends, it’s very disappointing that we haven’t got the point that probably on balance we deserved.”

Visitors from The Isle of Wight, Cowes Sports currently play in Sydenhams Football League Division One. The Yachtsmen are currently 7th out of 15 with seven points from their opening three games.

Cowes Sports overcame Newport (IOW) 5-0 in the opening round to progress to the 2nd Round of this seasons Hampshire Senior Cup, sponsored by BSA Regal.

Match Officials: Tuesday’s Referee is Antony Foster and his Assistants are Robert Ablitt and Dave Cotton.

Please note the following rule change for all Hampshire FA County Cup matches; Rule 25: In ties where there is a draw after 90 minutes play or the agreed time having been played the match shall be decided by penalty kicks as per Rule 38. Extra time will not be played in any tie.

If circumstances and conditions do not permit penalty kicks being taken, and in matches in which they are begun but not completed, the match will be replayed.
