Just 8 games of the season remain for Farnborough and next on the agenda at Paddy Power Park on Saturday afternoon is a Concord Rangers side who have five weeks to fulfill 10 league fixtures before the end of the season. (Skrill South League Fixture – Kick off 3pm)
- Live Football (Manchester United vs Aston Villa – 12.45pm) will be screened in the Club Bar from 12:45pm
- The PRE Stand will be open to all supporters on Saturday so why not experience the game from a different part of the ground?
- A Club Shop Sale continues in the Club Shop, with most items reduced to clear
Unbeaten in four and having picked up 10 points from a possible 12, Boro can only continue this exciting form on Saturday against a Concord Rangers side which have been somewhat inconsistent of late.
Three points for Boro would see them reach 46 points and depending on other results, could see them rise one place as high as 12th. Boro are expected to have a fully fit squad with young forward Youseff Bamba added to the squad in midweek, another making the move from Walton Casuals.
Newcomers Concord Rangers are having a surprisingly good debut season in the Conference South and their League position of 10th (with three games in hand on Boro) backs this up. Of their 14 trips on the road so far this season, Concord have won 6; drawn 4 and lost 4, also only managing 15 away goals which is the lowest total in the division.
From their seven fixtures in March, The Beach Boys form stands at ‘WWDLWL’ including a victory over current League leaders Eastleigh, meaning they can take great confidence into Saturday afternoon’s Paddy Power Park clash.
One to watch: Tony Stokes/Sam Higgins – 7 goals
Goals from James White, Jack Powell and a Gary Ogilvie hat-trick gave Concord a 5-0 win at The Aspect Arena in the reverse fixture earlier this season, but Farnborough have certainly improved since then and will be determined to prevent Concord doing to double.
The Bar will be open from noon and (Manchester United vs Aston Villa) will be shown pre-match in the Bar from 12:45pm.
