Farnborough could take giant stride towards securing Skrill South safety on Tuesday night when they take on Play-Off chasing Bishop’s Stortford at Paddy Power Park. (Skrill South League Fixture – Kick off 7.45pm)

Don’t forget:

‘Boro Camp

Boro head into the game fifteenth in the table, trailing visitors Bishop’s Stortford by six points, despite having played two games more than The Blues.

Boro’s last win in the Skrill South came on 25 March in a 1-0 victory at Dover, since then Spencer Day’s men have suffered a hat-rick of defeats in the hands of Concord Rangers, Gosport and Weston-Super-Mare.

A vital three points on Tuesday would see Boro reach 46 points for the season, with four remaining, but would keep them safe in fifteenth place.

Following Tuesday’s game Boro have two remaining home games against Maidenhead United and Eastbourne Borough, from the 18 played so far, their home form currently stands at, won 9; drawn 1 and lost 8. A spark for the hosts will be forward JJ Hooper who is in dangerous form of late, the Northampton Town loanee has bagged a remarkable four goals from just four games and nineteen minutes.

Opposition Camp

Unbeaten in three, Bishop’s Stortford come into Tuesday night’s game having taken five points out of a possible nine so will be looking to add to their current total of 49 points.

Of their 17 trips on the road so far this season, Rod Stringer’s side have won 5; drawn 5 and lost 7, scoring an impressive 28 goals in the process.

Last time out, Bishop’s Stortford came from behind, after leading, to salvage a point in a 2-2 draw at home to Dover Athletic on Saturday and highlights of that game can be viewed by clicking here.

One to watch: Reece Prestedge – 10 goals

Farnborough ran out comfortable 3-1 winners in the reverse fixture earlier this season in a game that saw JJ Hooper despatch Boro’s first penalty of 2014, but they will certainly face a much improved Bishop’s Stortford side this time around.
