Farnborough have re-signed goalkeeper Charlie Grainger on loan from Leyton Orient and Dillon Barnes joins from Fulham ahead of Saturday’s Vanarama Conference South fixture at Ebbsfleet United.
Enfield-born Grainger is a graduate of the Orient Under 18s side who recently signed a professional contract with The O’s.
The England under-18 goalkeeper joined Spencer Day’s side earlier in the season but was recalled after Orient goalkeeper Adam Legzdins fractured his finger.
But Legzdins made his return for the O’s during Tuesday’s win over Northampton Town which has enabled Grainger to return to Paddy Power Park on loan until January 2015.
Dillon Barnes has also joined on loan from Sky Bet Championship side Fulham, until 5 January 2015, while Ashley West recovers from a shoulder injury he recently sustained.
Barnes featured for Farnborough in pre-season and has made appearances in the two recent back-to-back Friendly wins at Dulwich Hamlet and Horley Town.
Duo Grainger and Barnes will both be available for selection starting with Saturday’s League fixture away to Ebbsfleet United.
There are still places available on the FaST Supporters Coach to Ebbsfleet United, as well as St Albans – find out how to book here.
