The club are delighted to announce three major signings ahead of our friendly tonight against Leatherhead.
Manager Spencer Day is delighted to confirm that he has secured the signings of Lloyd Foot, Harry Grant and Louie Theophanous.
Highly rated defensive player Lloyd Foot arrives from Conference South rivals Eastbourne Borough.
A summer target that was recently at Southampton and is equally at home at centre back, right back or defensive midfield.
Speaking about the move, Foot exclusively told www.farnboroughfc.co.uk “Really happy to have signed for a local club and I’m looking forward to making sure the club goes onwards and upwards. It’s also a great place to develop myself as a player.”

Arriving from Bromley is Harry Grant. A very exciting attacking midfielder or winger that was recently with Gillingham but has Conference experience with Maidenhead last season and Bromley this.
20 year-old Harry joins the Club from Bromley and spent a large part of last season on loan at Maidenhead United from Gillingham. The midfielder scored eight goals for the Magpies.
Forward Louie Theophanous signs from Staines Town for an undisclosed fee. One of the Conferences top scorers for the last three seasons and he has recently been selected for the England C squad. Louie will be well known to Boro fans.
The 23 year-old had 7 goals to his name this season in the Vanarama Conference South with Staines Town , one of which came from the penalty spot against Farnborough in September.
Three trialists are competing for a spot on Wednesday night and goalkeeper Charlie Grainger is expected to return from Leyton Orient before Saturday with a further season long loan player under negotiation in the next couple of weeks.
Departing the club are Sylvestre Guyonnet who is training with Whitehawk, Grant Smith who has returned to Hayes & Yeading and Alfie May who has been released.
We can also confirm that Josh Webb has joined Burnham on a months loan.
Farnborough boss Spencer Day explained, “These first three signings show real intent to transform our season. High quality comes with all three and although young they each have Conference experience. Both attacking players have great flair and ability and I’m sure get us entertaining again.
Day continued, “By having a big switch around and with the sale of [Paul] Rodgers and [Matt] Ball I’ve been able to bring in fantastic new players and hopefully there’s still a couple more to come in the next few weeks.
“Of course Louie will catch the headlines and I’m delighted that instead of scoring against me, he can do it in a BORO shirt!
“We wish the lads that have moved on for different reasons all the best and thank them for their time and welcome our new arrivals.
“I would also like to thank my colleagues who have worked so hard to get these exciting deals completed both in and out of the club under huge financial constraints and we are delighted that we remain the right side of our strict budget.”
