Farnborough Football Club are delighted to announce the appointment of Daniel Huxley as First Team Chief Scout.

Giving a brief history on his career in Football, Daniel told www.farnboroughfc.co.uk: “The last 10 years of football has seen me work on and off with Leigh [Dynan, Assistant Manager].

“We were team mates at Walton Casuals, Corinthian Casuals (very briefly) and Colliers Wood. I then played under Leigh also, and assisted him at Cobham.

“I’ve on and off done bits and pieces for Leigh and Spencer at Farnborough with some player recommendation, opposition scouting and a brief bit of coaching in the pre-season gone.

“I currently work for Preston North End recruiting in main for the professional development phase, but also work on player recruitment and opposition analysis for the 1st team.

“Previous to this I have worked for Brentford FC, and also was the joint 1st team manager at neighbours Cove FC for the 2012/13 season – their turn-around season on becoming one of the better clubs in the CCL!”

We would like to welcome Daniel to Farnborough FC and wish him the best of luck!
