Getting to Stonebridge Road
Travelling to the Fleet by road.
i. from the motorway
Exit the M25 at Junction 2 and take the A2 coast bound. Leave the A2 at the Ebbsfleet junction. Stay in the left hand lane down the slip road and turn left at the roundabout. At the second roundabout turn right (following the signs for Ebbsfleet International and ‘The Fleet’. At the next roundabout, turn right (third exit). Follow the road along through a set of traffic lights. At the second set of lights turn left, then straight over the roundabout. At the next roundabout turn right, go under the bridge and the ground is directly opposite at the roundabout.
ii. from the town centre
Follow one-way system round to Clive Road. Where the road splits past the railway station, next to the Somerset Arms pub, take the right turning, but immediately funnel into left-hand lane onto New Road/The Overcliffe. Continue straight for about two miles to London Road, then The Hill, then Northfleet High Street and finally past The Hive down to Stonebridge Road. The ground is at the bottom of the hill and opposite a Ford showroom.
Travelling to the Fleet by rail
The nearest station is Northfleet which is only about 200 yards from the ground. As you leave the station go (more or less) straight ahead until you reach the main road. Turn left and walk down the hill and the ground is on your right.
Alternatively, you can go to Gravesend station and get a bus to the ground. Come out of the station on the Town side and turn right. There are bus stops just by the station – a 480 will drop you outside the ground.
There is secure car parking available at Ebbsfleet International Car Park ‘C’ at a cost of £3-00 and is only a short walk to the ground
Ebbsfleet United is committed to ensuring a good view and choice of location where possible and where safety permits for all disabled fans, together with an ability to sit with friends/carers and fellow supporters under cover from the elements. We will also where possible and where prior arrangement has been made, help disabled fans with ticket purchase and car parking. We will also endeavour to help with any special arrangements that may be needed for entrance to the ground or access to any of the club’s facilities. Please contact Cheryl at the club office on 01474 533796.
Any visiting disabled fans are requested to contact us at least 24 hours prior to the match so that arrangements can be made to make sure their visit – and that of their carer’s if applicable – is an enjoyable one. Wheelchair users will pay the entrance cost appropriate to their age/status and if the attendance of a carer is required, the carer will be admitted free of charge.
The club has six spaces for wheelchair users together with an adjacent seat for a carer if required. This area is located in front of the Main Stand on ground level and is approximately midway from the 18-yard area and the halfway line at the car park end of the stadium (Swanscombe End). The Stand roof provides limited cover but we recommend that suitable clothing be worn in inclement weather. Segregation does not apply in this area of the stadium.
A disabled toilet is located to the rear of the main stand. This is approximately 50 metres from the disabled area.
The entrance cost for disabled fans is charged appropriate to the standard entrance fee for their age/status. If a carer is required, then the carer will be admitted free of charge.
No specific allocation but the club makes arrangements as necessary with helpers seated adjacent. BBC Radio Kent (96.7FM) covers reports on the game.
No specific allocation but supporters would be seated in the Main Stand for ease of access. Segregation does not apply in this area of the stadium.
Catering and Programmes
Access to catering outlets varies from match to match and not all outlets are wheelchair accessible. We do however allocate a member of our matchday staff to take care of any requirements that may be necessary. Matchday programmes are available directly upon entry to the stadium.
Ebbsfleet United have a limited number of car-parking spaces for disabled so prior arrangement should be made at least 24 hours prior to the match. The car park is approximately 100 metres from the disabled area and approximately 200 metres from the club bar. The surface of the car park is a mix of tarmac and loose gravel. If special parking arrangements are required please contact the club office on 01474 533796. Every effort will be made to ensure that your requirements are met.
The EUFC club shop is located inside the ground, within the terracing of the Stonebridge Road Stand. If a fixture is segregated, Stewards will be on hand to escort visiting fans to the club shop should they wish to visit.
Ebbsfleet United welcome all fans into our bar, providing the fixture is not segregated. The bar is located behind the stand at ‘Plough End’ of the ground.
There are two food outlets within Stonebridge Road, both serving a variety of hot foods, and hot and cold drinks. One is located next to the main stand, and the other next to the club shop on the Stonebridge Road side of the ground. In the event of a segregated fixture, a catering van will be available to visiting fans within the away end of the ground.
