The club would like to take this opportunity to update supporters of some key changes that have occurred over the last few weeks and months at the club.
On the football front, after joining the first team management team at the end of last season, Leigh Dynan and Nathaniel White have been confirmed as No 2 and First team coach respectively.
Leigh joined the club at the start of the 2012/13 season as Reserve Team Assistant Manager and took full control when Dave Tidy left the club, overseeing the reserves to a fifth place finish in the Suburban League Premier Division A, and also securing the Suburban League Challenge shield.
Nathaniel had assisted in the academy set up throughout last season before being appointed as coach in March initially to the end of the season.
Simon “Garbo” Gardener has stepped away from his role as coach to take up the position of General Manager, assisting Chief Executive and Football Secretary Steve Duly in administrative, website and match day duties.
There have also been changes to the medical team with Lucie Aulsberry moving to a similar role at Chertsey Town and Phil Ties stepping down a fortnight ago.
Kirsty Brooks has joined the club as sports therapist from Chertsey Town and she will be assisted by Maria Westlake who has previous experience at Tooting & Mitcham United as Rehabilitation Assistant.
Koo Dumbuya has recently departed the club as Academy Director and he has been replaced by Allan Smart.
Allan has a wealth of experience both as a player and coach, having played at the top level in England, Scotland and Ireland, with Watford, Preston North End and Dundee United amongst his clubs, before developing his coaching career at Southport and most recently Blackburn Rovers.
Behind the scenes and Karen Potts has joined the club as Marketing Manager, Karen’s role initially will be to assist in the opening and promoting of the new café, and also in promoting the bar and general hire of the clubs facilities.
