Whilst discussions continue with potential purchasers of the club, as a business we must look at other options and therefore we are seeking interest from eight interested individuals or companies who would form the Board of Directors for the business.

This financial plan is successful at a number of non league clubs.
The eight Directors will hold in trust the ownership of the club with 100% of the shares of both companies divided equally between the directors.
The club have already been approached by three individuals who would be interested in an offer of this nature and would would therefore like to pursue
other interested parties.
In the first week of June each year a Board meeting will be held to to vote for the Chairman out of the Directors.

The financial commitment is £25,000 for each share with the first eight directors being obliged to serve for two years with an initial £10,000 down payment and balance being split over 18 monthly payments.

Each Director as well as having Club Ownership Status will receive Boardroom access to home and away matches, six passes per home game, two pre match meals meals per home game.

Any companies committing to this offer will also receive programme sponsorship and pitch side advertising.
Directors will be required to attend six, monthly board meetings.
