Farnborough take on Tonbridge Angels this weekend in another crucial Blue Square South match for Spencer Day’s team.

Boro took another step towards safety on Tuesday night with a 1-0 win at Thurrock and three points at home tomorrow would further ease any relegation fears.

“Another couple of wins should be enough to ensure our BSS survival and the sooner we achieve that the better,” said the manager. “Then we can look at the rest of the season and try out a number of options.

“The squad knows we will have to be a lot better on the quality front to get anything from the next two games, against Tonbridge followed by a trip next Saturday to big spending Eastleigh.

“The fight and determination has been one thing and that has been great but we also now need to show the quality we know we have and get the next couple of wins on the board asap.”

So can Farnborough make it four wins a row? Come down to Cherrywood Road to find out! Kick-off is a 3.00pm.

Fans can also get their hands on Boro View, the official matchday programme, at a new low price of just £2.00.
